I am really unhappy with the fact that MTN has officially cancelled their BIS services and now charge for a data bundle with NO NOTICE to any of its customers!!!

The data bundle of 200MB costs R59.00 but when your bundle is used up, they deduct from your airtime! With Blackberry, all Internet connections remain open - BBM, EMAIL and FACEBOOK! So we will be paying allot more than usual!

When I called the MTN helpline, the consultant was RUDE and ABRUPT - telling me that they sms'd all customers of MTN, so I told her that I did not receive any email or I wouldn't have been calling them!

This is a complete rip off!

I am not the only one, customers have started a stream on facebook - [URL Removed]

I hope they can resolve this ASAP because they will be losing many Blackberry customers!
