During Feb this year, i was offered a data contract (no device, sim only) with Cell C, i took them up on the offer but after shopping around, i found better value for money at another network. I requested on the 6th of Feb for the contract to be cancelled, and was told there is a small cancellation fee, which i agreed to pay. I recevied an email from cell c stating that the contract will be cancelled with effect from 2013-02-13, and the last invoice will be sent end of march. I have the mail available should you need it. After march, i have still been debited on a monthly basis, even more than what the original subscription amount was. I phoned this morning to raise the query and was told the contract was only cancelled on the 28th of May. I would like you to ensure that the payments from my account is stopped with immediate effect, and that any money debited from my account after March 2013 be refunded to me.
