Vodacom
Violation of my privacy

Twice I have reported receiving numerous calls, SMS's and "please call me's" from unknown users.
It started Thursday, 15 August 2013 and has not stopped since.
People call me saying that I sent them a "please call me", not a single one from my list of contacts.
I also get SMS's from people asking me to send them my picture, or just some conversation in one of the other 9 RSA languages.
So far:
38x Please Call Me's;
5x SMS's requesting my photo, or trying to make conversation;
65x calls (answered initially, but now I ignore them).

On Saturday, 17 August, I phoned 082111, and eventually got shunted around because they claimed it was a Blackberry problem. I have swapped phones to prove that it isn't a Blackberry problem, but rather a network problem.

On Saturday, 24 August, I went into the Eastgate customer care centre, ref no S3-TY02I-I0JAB, and they said it would take 3 working days to investigate. Sunday, 25 August @ 10:25 I received a call from Vodacom saying that there was nothing showing on the itemised billing, and that I should change my phone number. This seems to be the easy way out.

This is my business line, why should I now have to change (take the easy way out)?
