I contacted the Vodacom call centre more than 5 TIMES as i was not receiving sms-s, I explained to the agents unfortunately I don't recall any of their names. They insisted that there was a problem with my phone, the one consultant said I should change phones which I did but to no avail. I told all of them that I could send sms-s but could not receive. I was transffered to the blackberry team because that's the device I am using and the gentleman told me to do all the things that I was previously asked to do, I told him I had already done all that and told him as well that the error message says 'unknown subscriber just as I told the other consultants, He promised ti send me a test sms and call me in the day to find out if I had started receiving sms, I waited on him the whole day but he did not call me.

15 calls later, I finally found a consultant my the name of Mathapelo who resolved my problem in less than a hour. Its sad for a reputable company like Vodacom to have consultans who don't know 'their systems' and who make promises to get back to customers but don't even bother. I unfortunately cannot get the sms-s that I did not receive but I hope noone else has to go thru this
