Access balance of data bundles on Internet

Can not access balance of data bundles on Internet. On the 2nd of August I have send an e-mail to Vodacom customer care explaining my problem. On the 3rd of August Vodacom respond with an e-mail stating that my problem will be resolved by the 14th of August. The 14th of August has come and gone and still my problem is persisting. On the 15th and 16th of August I have send again e-mails to Vodacom complaining that my problem was not resolved but up to date no response from Vodacom. It's annoying to phone everyday 082111 to hear what the balance of my data bundles is.
