Bad service by MTN, complaint on various occasions in the past about passing the buck and rude service by Marlie at MTN branch. Today my wife went to pick up her phone from MTN Bronkhorstspruit, Marlie was again rude and made defamatory remarks about my person stating to my wife that I am very rude person, this but my character in to question. As a valued MTN customer this issue must now please be addressed before I phone my legal representatives.
