Possible / from Cell C pls verify

Dear Cell C,

I applied on line for a contract with you, [Email Removed] called me from 084 140, and we proceeded with the application, when he wanted to confirm my banking details over the phone i refused, as my brother also applied for an contract a week before and he had to complete forms via email and got his phone, why do i have to confirm my banking details over the phone, this sounds like possible to me. With this complaint my intent is to make you aware of this possible and to confirm with me that it is or is not. I still wish to have a contract from Cell C but sadly i won't be able to use the convenience of the Internet and have to go in store, and also now pay R200, which you don't on line, but rather R200, then no money in m bank...

please advice urgently, i have in the meantime report this to my banks risk department as a preventative measure.
