On Sunday night my line stopped working, after numerous email sent to support and management my line is still not working, I've had this problem every month now for the past 4 month, they are supposed to manage my line but what kind of management is this if the same problem keeps happening over and over. I sent numerous emails and I have not received a reply to any of them, the only time they answered me was when I made my public complaint on facebook then someone called me otherwise I would have probably still be waiting for their emails. I even emailed Derrick Bartlett who is supposed to be their Telkom Account manager and I'm still waiting for a reply. This is pathetic service.
