Terrible service

To whom it may concern:

Firstly I do understand that Black Berry is not a product of Vodacom, but I expected a more professional level of service from Vodacom as a service provider. Today is the 3rd time I am handing in my Black Berry 9300 at the Vodacom Customer Care store in Eastgate mall. And ever since I did so I have been regretting it!!! Every time I receive my phone back it seems to be in a worse state then it was the first time. At first it was only my scroller and screen that was giving me problems, second time it was the scroller, keyboard, and software of the phone. Now for the 3rd time I wasted my time to go to the store to take my phone back as the scroller was giving me problems again and it doesn't even have the basic application that comes standard with all Black Berry product. Now I need to run up and down to find out if the item is being repaired correctly and now for the second time it is going to take an hour to repair, of which they will phone me to come and collect it. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience but I have work that needs to be done and I can't waist my customers time like Vodacom does. Honestly if you can repair something just replace it. Regards
