My phone was, on 2 weeks ago. I'm still traumatised by that, it got worse when I had to speak to MTN call centre to block the number. I had so much hassles, I was later assisted by the supervisor who was reasonable enough to ask me personal questions that know one would know about and the number was blocked. Now I need to use the same number and I ran into the similar problem where I was told by the supervisor to go to the people that I normally phone and ask them their numbers. I was treated as a thug and a who want to someone else's number, by Riaan Singh and his supervisor Raquel Stanley, even without any sympathy. The service was horrible as I was the one who did the bagging and asking. I only ask them to be reasonable and ask me personal questions and they refuse and said even if those people are in Mpumalanga I must still go to them and ask them their numbers. Does this mean I wont have my old number back?
