Misleading information

On 13/3/2013 I phoned the sales dept of Cell C to upgrade my son's prepaid sim to a 1 month contract. I was told that there will be no additional fees other then the contract fee for 1 caldendar month of R200. All I had to do is contact customer care after they activated the contract to activate the international roaming. I contacted customer care this morning and then I was told that I will have to pay an additional R2500.00 as this is a new contract. That was not what I was told by the sales department - I spoke to Elelwani and Amanda. I want this one month contract cancelled and I do not want to be charged for it as I was not informed of the correct charges and fees at the time I agreed to it. Both my contracts with Cell C are coming up for renewal in August and this type of service is enough reason for me to take my contracts somewhere else.
