DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM CELL C (REF. 3010901181)

Having been a loyal customer to cell C for approximately 6 years, my contract was upgraded after one of their call centre agents convinced me to upgrade although I was initially reluctant to. Despite me having experienced bad service from Cell C in the past, I decided to give them another chance. I renewed the contract after checking that the benefits on the contract suits my needs. The phone was delivered but the BIS service was not activated. On making enquiries, I was told that the previous contract has to expire first and BIS service will be activated on 14/12/2012. It was activated but stopped in early January 2013. On making another enquiry, I was told that I had to pay for the service. That was not what was agreed when I upgraded the contract. On questioning how come it was activated on 14/12/2012, I was told that a credit was used from my old contract to activate the service but now I must pay for the service. This was never mentioned to me before. I requested the voice calls but was told Cell C will look into it. From around midday 09/01/2013, I'm still waiting for feedback. Ref. no. 3010901181. There are a whole lot of issues with Cell C. Not enough space to mention here.
