Pay arrears but ur no is deleted

I defaulted on my 2 contracts i have with vodacom (082 476 3838/ 079 137 5749) since losing my job in february 2013. im trying to now pay vodacom the outstanding fees, but the main problem is that my phone was locked by vodacom and as a result i was not able use the phone neither to make calls nor to receive calls.. so for both contracts in total i theoretically get 240mins of talk time per month. in the five months i haven't paid, the accumulative amount of talk time is equal to 1200mins, of which i was NOT allowed to use a single minute. R2622.38 IS NEEDED to bring my account up to date, what happens to those minutes il be paying for, but didnt get? so how can i pay for a service that i did not utilize? also my number has been deleted and i need to pay R105.00 for a new sim card and an additional R285 to have it RECONNECTED..??? my contract has been loyal to vodacom since 1998. is this FAIR???
