I have upgraded my contract to the Samsung 4 before the 10th August. The consultant at the bluff centre did not give a copy of the contract but was told she will email it. Its already end of the month and I still don't have the copy of the upgrade I did.
To make things worse, I am paying for the samsung S4 R400 already for the new contract but my bundles were not uploaded. I was under the impression I was using my 200Meg of data all this time but meanwhile I am getting charged. This is ridiculous. I have this contract for many many years and very dissapointed.
I call the MTN call centre many times and they logged a complaint but up till now no uploaded bundles.
I request a credit on the unbilled balance on my account as this is MTN's fault of not uploading my bundles accordingly and not mine. If I do not get a credit, I will take this to the consumer protection act.
