Ad treatment and bad service no communication

Vodacom cannot treat their customers failry cause i have two contracts with them and today (09/01/2013) called 0821905 and spoke to Thantswa at 9:00 and asked for statement and after i have asked question to the Agent she told me that my three contracts where deleted without my consent or any type of notification what so ever and i owe the balance or R7521.77 that is in arrears after i have paid all the lines will be open withou airtime since the deleted my numbers i also forfiet my airtime but on the R7521.77 that i have to pay i did use any airtime provided thre and i still wont be get it but i have pay its not fair to pay for something for free, i was billed R593.50 for 4 months on the 0794977811 number that i have to pay and i wont get back and also pay R459.50 for 4 months on the 0823877042 number that i have to pay but i wont get the air time how is that possible if i dont get air time i wont pay for it its not fair i am willing to pay for R3000.00 and then VOdacom can start on a new slate and bill on that its not fair i was not notified
