I have been battling with 24 mobility insurance claim for liquid damage since the 22 November 2012. Up to today they still have not resolved my claim. What i do not understand is how a phone that was submerged in a saltwater chlorinated pool can be repaired when it at MTN for three days with salt water in it before it was collected for repairs. Surely the parts will corrode in it. I have been promised to get feed back by the regional and store manager for several days. The regional manager does not even bother to answer his phone. So i was left no alternative but to purchase a new phone. Today i tried to take out insurance with MTN insurance instead for my new phone. So i when to Tygervalley hoping to get better service. I asked one of the consultants to assist me (no other customers in store). I was told to dial 808 to take out MTN insurance, was put on hold for 10 min. I was then told to dial 0831236084 for assistance. I dialled that number 3 times, every time i was put on hold for 10 min. I eventually gave up and called outsurance. I had immediate assistance. A few years ago i had a similar incident with Outsurance. I was paid out for for the value of my phone within 3 days
