I phoned them to upgrade on18/08/2013 to a iPad 4 wifi cellular went to the shop and everything was ready for me I was impressed. I had to do a sim swap an waited 2 days for activation of sim that the shop didn't send it trough to Vodacom. I wasn't informed that the iPad is for data only and I am very dissatisfied with the I
Pad as you can't send and receive messages and can't phone from it. I thought if it is wifi cellular you can do the same as a Samsung tablet as I got one in March. I phoned the shop as to find out if I can return it and left a message for Elaine to phone me and I still didn't get a call. I don't work in the cell phone industry and don't know how the iPad work I SHOULD have been informed by the STAFF that it is DATA ONLY. NOW I SIT WITH A PRODUCT THAT IS INSUFFICIENT TO ME.
