Further to my original complaint in June regarding the defective Galaxy Ace Plus - https:///vodacom/complaints/samsung-galaxy-sleep-of-death-defect-ignored-1116273, I am still in possession of a faulty Galaxy Ace Plus.
I asked, I pleaded for us to pay in for a different model so I could have a working phone for my ill father. Due to your 7 day swop out policy my requests were declined.
Now - 79 days later - and several attempts of Vodacare reloading software, and replacing components - the problem persists.
This is now unacceptable - #Vodacomenoughisenough
