Livid is now an understatement!!!
Thursday we collected the replacement Galaxy Ace Plus that had the infamous - Sleep Of Death... It took 90 days, countless emails and several trips back and forth to Vodacare to resolve that issue.
Lo and Behold the brand new handset has the same problem...
When will Vodacom and Samsung stop denying this is a defective model. I have sent through countless articles, blogs and reports on this phone - yet no one can help us.
I will not go through the same process that took 90 days again... back and forth, software re-installs, main board replacements and testing.
I have requested a different model phone before and I am doing it again - I will pay in the difference, but we need a working phone. Can anyone assist or offer an alternative solution???
