Yet another post to highlight the lack of commitment that Vodacom senior management have to customer loyalty. I will not elaborate and bore you with the past but after over 10 years of taking my funds I have now found out that seeing I will not sign a new contract (I do not need a phone) that I am being charged at least 30% more for my calls.
Yet I still receive calls from the various call centres pestering me to sign a new contract. Enough is enough!!
The rest of my family have now moved away to another service supplier and I will now start the process and convince my network of friends and family to do the same.
