My contract was set to expire in May 2013, before May I have received numerous calls from MTN to upgrade and advised all consultants that I do not want to renew the contract. None of the consultants made note of this as I am still being debited. Last month I contacted MTN direct and explained this to them. The consultant at retention stated that I need to use my airtime up and before the 20th of September call back to end the contract or else my airtime will be forfeited. I was also advised that I will received a credit note. Last week thursday the 19/09/2013 to end the contract, being transferred from one consultant to another, I ran out of airtime, I think a consultant named Zaheer promised to call me after my call cut, I am still waiting as I was planning to upgrade at the same time. Can someone that is capable of ending the contract that should have ended months ago do so. I will not advise anyone to take a contract out with MTNDirect
