My Second Complain to MTN, 1st query i didnt get any joy what so ever. So my story i go to MTN Ghandi Square i was interested in the contract for the ipad 1 gig deal mtn is offering, i sign the contract with Maryem the consultant for the deal, was approved after 24 hours okay we all is good, then on the 15 February 2013 i get a call from a different consultant advising me on the contract terms seemingly so the was confusion between the two consultant. I signed up or thought i signed up for a TOP UP contract however it wasnt the case... the consultant who called me advise me to back to the Mtn brunch so the can set up a limit for 1 GIG, but was advise by the brunch that i cant and i need to monitor how i used the bundles however initially i was advised that after 1 gig i need to top up! Its really frustrating to have to deal with such after just two days that i took the the device. Its Extremely annoying to deal with such unprofessionalsim if nothing is done. im terminating my contract and wont pay for the device...
