Falsely entered into a cellphone contract

FNB Contact Centre calls me on the 3/10/2013 offering me a "free" cellphone with the "option" to get a data bundle contract. I declined the contract and the agent said he would give me the cellphone for "free" as an FNB customer. Now as I look at my bank statements FNB and Cell C have been charging me for a cellphone contract which I declined. I never used the phone or sim card but hate these stupid call centre people who call to offer you stuff and when you decline, they still proceed. What type of day light is this!!! This is my second issue with FNB time to close my account and go else where.!!!
