Complaint of smart s contract

I bought a samsung 4 on the 17 th
August 2013 on contract. Since that day i could not use my phone, i went back she said my card is active but faulty then she gave me another sim card and i called .v8dacom said its a prepaid number... so i went back to fix it and still its not sorted out .im a very unhappy customer! Have the phone but its not working the sim!!
