Not Informative/Number Port taken a week

Firstly I get sold the wrong contract and cant change it, even within the 7 days. Only can change it in 3 months. Sales person did not give correct information when signing up for contract.

Second its taken a week to get my number ported and still its not sorted. Been asked to come to the shop to sign and then when i get there I wait an hour and then the lady says I actually did not need to come in. They say its all sorted just wait 48 hours but after a week still not working. They gave me a temporary prepaid sim card that was supposed to be ported to my mtn contract sim card but now the temporary sim card seems to be the contract sim card. And when i cehck the airtime (R150 Airtime, 80mb Data, 15 smses) balance that I had before there is nothing left. The temporary sim card is not micro sim so I cant use it in my Smart phone. The communication has been poor. Very disappointed with MTN and has been such an inconvenience!
