Good day. I applied for cell phone S4 for R399.00 * 24 month and asked them to use my prepaid number when they delivered the phone they gave me a sim card with the new number and I told them that I don't want a new number, the following day they delivered a sim card with my old prepaid number. Vodacom is billing me for the sim card and phone that I don''t have meaning I am paying for 2 contract but I have one. Please assist.
