I am very disappointed with the service

I was contacted by a sales agent from Elite mobile advising me that she has a two day special for me (If I didn't decide I want it within those two days then the offer will not be available after that) of a samsung S3 Silver in colour and I will only pay R108 with R99 airtime. I gave her all my personal details to persue with the contract. She called me and advised me that everything is approved and I will be updated on the delivery of my phone (Samsung S3). The delivery guy came today to deliver something totally incorrect (a white samsung chat 333), Firstly no one called me advising me that they will deliver the phone today, He said he couldn't take it back I must first contact elite mobile. And when I called the customer service I was advised by Shannon Poonoosi that they cannot see on the system who is the sales agent that assisted me and they cannot send me recordings of our conversation, which I think it's nonesense. I want to cancel this contract and they must come and collect their stupid phone. I don't want it anymore
