I have to say, I have been with Cybersmart for the past couple of months in which I moved from slow speed to fast speed, from wired to wireless and I am not at all a PC Guru. Half of the stuff they told me to do i did not understand but they had allot of patience assisting me and guiding me through everything step by step. Sometimes i felt like pulling out my hair not knowing what to do, so then i just called Cybersmart and they helped every time. and yes the problem was mostly on my side and they still helped me. All our other offices also moved to Cybersmart now and sofar no complaints (I will know) Keep up the good work!
