This is really bad customer service

The manager called me promising to send me the recordings of my conversation with the sales agent but she did not incase she says they will cancel the contract because their agent gave me incorrect information. I want the phone with the same offer that I agreed to with the agent on that day. It is not my problem that they do not teach or train their agents to provide correct information to us as their clients. When they collect the other incorrect phone they must immediately deliver the one that we agreed upon with the same contract that we agreed upon and open a new contract with the correct information this time. I am awaiting my Samsung SIII (3) and the documents of my new contract. Everything must be excatly the way I greed with the agent on that call and I am still awaiting the recordings of all our conversations.
