MTN need to train their staff to act appropriately

On Saterday my blackberry stopped working, so naturally I went to the store to ask if my phone is still under warranty, my phone number was asked and this information was checked, the store assistant told me I can hand in my phone and that it takes 2weeks for my phone to be repaired, I told the lady I would have to speak to my husband about which store would be convient for us because we're moving from Pinelands end of the month. My husband and I spoke about it and he said Pinelands is not too far so we might as well do it there. Yesterday when I returned to the store the lady that assisted me on Saterday was not there and I had to speak to a new assistant (her name is Shireen Overmeyer) this woman was totally different she was grumpy and just plainly refused to assist me because she said I need to have a pay slip and I told her it is a contract phone, this lady was so rude she raised her voice at me and another customer (the customer was questioning her because he saw the hard time she was giving me and I am 8 months pregnant I need my phone to be fixed asap). I have never had such bad service face-to-face I hope that the matter will be addressed.
