Saving Face For CellC

Dear Cell C
Since the end of December 2012 I have had a roller coaster of bad experiences with Cell C. My complaint can be seen on https:///cell-c/complaints/one-month-later-still-waiting-1005553

Sylvia Diederiks, Branch Manager of CellC Brooklyn Mall, came alongside me and walked this road of frustration with me. She was real, honest and encouraging.

I wish I could contact CellC directly to tell them about this great lady who has become to me, the face of CellC. Unfortunately no other e-mails are available but hers. This was very frustrating to me as I could not speak to anybody else during the long wait but her, the branch manager. I felt that Cell C, the supplier and the store owner, was hiding behind a small woman.

I am on my way now to collect my phone and really look forward to a long happy relationship with CELLC!
