After having handed my phone in and being told that the out of box fault is due to me dropping the phone, which is utter rubbish, as the phone screen would be completely shattered if that was the case (Iphone 5), I am now being told that the phone needs to be reassessed in order to confirm if an exchange is truly warranted, I really can't help to feel like being treated like a criminal. I've spent a whole month now without my phone, only because no one at MTN wants to step up and admit that the phone is faulty and that I should be given a new one. This is part of the contract that I signed, so why is it that this term of the contract is not being upheld?!?!?! I am sick and tired of going back and forth to the MTN store to hear the same story over and over again!
MTN, prove to me you are indeed a SERVICE PROVIDER and not just a company that takes people's money without doing anything for it.
Is it really so difficult to help a customer, who has his invoice up to date and who would like to recommend MTN to other people for the great service they provide?
MTN, THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT NOW. STEP UP TO THE MEANING OF "SERVICE PROVIDER" AND STOP GIVING ME LAME EXCUSES!
