I bought a phone from Esquire and recently my daughter accidentally dropped her phone and the top part of the screen cracked. Esquire told us that they can't just replace the top part of the screen but the complete screen needs to be replaced. The phone was handed to them on the 20/08/2013. After a big fight with them I discovered that the phone was only send up much later as they "Forgot" to send it up. I got the phone back on the 14/10/2013, to discover that somebody took, by looks a pen to the speaker of the phone and all the other things that was in the box with the phone is now missing. Why the speaker I don't know as it has nothing to do with the screen. The phone was once again send back to them and Treslin said that the phone should be back by Monday (21/10/2013) which by no surprise it's not. I told him that if I don't have the phone back by Monday I either want a new phone or my money back as I think we've been more than patient with this phone story. Esquires products might be of good quality, but don't let something break. Everything has to be send to JHB which takes forever to get back and nobody can give you a straight answer.
