I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT ON 06.03.2013
MY PHONE FELL TODAY AND THE SCREEN IS CRACKED. I WENT TO MTN TODAY TO SEND MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS.BY SURPRISE THEY TOLD ME THAT MY PHONE CAN NOT BE FIXED BY THEM I HAVE TO SEND IT IN TO A PRIVATE COMPANY HERE IN BLOEMFONTEIN. TO SEND MY PHONE OFF TO A PRIVATE COMPANY, HOW CAN I BE ASSURED THAT THEY WILL FIX THIS PROBLEM, I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH MTN NOT THE PRIVATE COMPANY. MY PHONE IS ONLY 5 MONTHS OLD. THEY ASKED ME IF I HAVE A WARRANTY ON THE PHONE, TOLD THEM NOBODY INFORMED ME ABOUT THAT OTHER WISE I WOULD HAVE ADDED IT ON THE CONTRACT AND THEY COULD HAVE GIVEN ME A NEW PHONE.
I FEEL THAT IT IS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN, NOT INFORMING ME OF THE WARANTY AND NOW NOT WANT TO HELP ME WITH MY PHONE. THIS IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER AND THEY DON'T DO ANY EFFORT TO TRY AND ASSIST ME.
I DON'T HAVE A PHONE AT THIS MOMENT, THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
