Dear Cell C

I took out a contract with you about 3 months ago. I was absolutely pleased with the network and service.
Shortly afterwards, I noticed that my phone was giving problems. I passed it off as poor reception at work/home.

Last Friday, the phone stopped working at a crucial time. I took the phone to Cell C over in Cresta Shopping Centre. The gentleman at the store told me that he will have to book the phone in and it will take 21 days. I told him I cannot wait that long. He then told me that I could take the phone directly to the Samsung Customer Centre where they would perform diagnostics on the phone. If there is a fault, they will provide a letter for the phone to avoid it having to go through the whole assessment phase.

Unfortunately, Samsung found that the phone is almost completely useless. Took the phone to Clearwater, and they said they cannot help since it was purchased through Cell C Direct. Maria from the follow-up team at the call centre promised to escalate this.

I would like a replacement phone as per clause 7.6 of the contract. If I do not get a response before the debit order date, I will stop payments due to a material breach of contract.
