Non-cancellation of contract and refund still owed

Despite 5 recorded queries regarding cancellation of a cell phone contract, I am still being billed for this account and have been threatened with my payment default being reproted to a registered credit bureau. Furthermore, MTN actually has overcharged me and I am still awaiting their refund on a second contract with them.
