My debit order gets taken 3 times in one week for 1 account. When i call and speak to an operator they drop my call, this happened about 5 times this week, because they can't assist me. Now they blaming my bank. The reason for having a debit order is to make life easy and not to stand in ques. Cell C operators is very rude and should learn about customer service!!! Up until today my query is still not resolved.
