I took out the cell c iphone 5 contract for R399 monthly with 500 megabytes data... noticed that I was only being credited with 200 megabytes. I did however only notice this after an amount (knowing how much I use my phone) had been taken off my bank account. I immediately contacted cell c where the client service operator confirmed it was a mistake and cell c needs to refund the 600 mega bytes not credited. It has now been more than a week and I have still had no response from cell c other than they are looking into the matter... this matter should have been attended to 24 to 48 hrs after being logged... not sure what the problem is - its quite easy - I was incorrectly billed - so credit the account. I have subsequently requested that my debit order be cancelled until the matter has been resolved and even this seems to be impossible???
