You people like complaints neh!!!

Kindly respond to the query logged last week on line 0782642817. The line is new, no invoices were issued yet on this line but for some reason a debit order to an amount of R27.41 was submitted to my bank {apparently to check if the account is working:( }.

This debit order was reversed by the bank for insufficient funds and the bank is charging me R138 for it - I am not prepared to pay R138 for your dummy debit orders please. Please credit my account accordingly - or betta respond to my query logged in over a week ago!!!
