Poor service from customer service..and it sucked

Dear vodacom, I am writing this massage in disgust according to the service I have been receiving from vodacom customer service..I had a problem with my phone everytime I load airtime it varnishes without a reson, I don't understand how is that possible if I hv data on my phone..
No1 bothered to help me.instead they sent me frm one consultant to another.they were so rude and the other lady by the name of thokozile told me she would would hang up a phone on me, since I didn't want to understand her in case of making me understand.i then earlier phoned again nd asked to speak to the manager then I spoke to him by the name of musli/Muslim promised to phone me back nd yet he hasn't phoned back.i started phoning yesterday spoke to most your consultant.they were so rude no1 helped me.2dae morning I phoned again instead the lady by the name of Maria hanged up on me as she told me she would.i hv been with vodacom for 8yrs I hv a lot of contracts with you.i will not tolerate you people treating me lyk trash.i bring lot of money into ur business..I am going to take this matter further if possible will be contacted by my lawyers.
I am so sad.nd will be terminating all my husbands contracts.
