Misleading and not being told about the phone!!!

Hi my name is Nhlanhla Nkuna and have been with vodacom for 10years and i have been using the phone for a long time now they have charges me R2770.00 they are saying is data usage i refuse to pay it, they are not informing the client correct it is my right to know and not know is not right cause they just go ahead and debit my acc without telling its wrong very wrong
