I am trying to get abold of vodacom concerning my contract with them. When i call on their listed number the call fails immidiatley, i tried numerus times. I also call the 10111 number but that just keeps on ringing no pickup what so ever. I want to cancel my contract but the service is not allowing me to do so, this will cause me to have to pay for an addisional month unnesseserely because i cannot do it in time. It is service like this that has driven me to move to another cellphone company.
