I am due to upgrade on 18 February 2014. During this time I will be out of town and have requested if I can upgrade earlier as it is already the 5th.

I was told by this department on the 5th of February at around 17:30 no because I don't qualify for all three requirements. I only qualify for 2 out of 3.

The requirement not qualified for is the spend on the line is less than R800 per month. I don't understand how this is even applicable as my total vodacom deduction is in excess of R2000 per month.

This is not the first issue I've had with them.

The personnel at their branches are completely incompetent. They have no idea what they are talking about or what they are selling. They don't inform you on matters when you are in the shop and asking them for assistance. They don't answer calls timeously.

At this point I feel I should cut my losses and start cancelling all my contracts one by one, beginning with this specific contract.
