AIRTIME QUERY

On Friday 16th August my Balance on my Cell Phone was R79.88. On Sunday morning 18th August I had no airtime. I would like to know where the R79.88 went too? Vodacom says it was emails received on my phone but I find that impossible to believe as on Tues 20th August my Balance was R105.82 and today 22 August it is R102.50 so only R3.32 has been used for emails received. Please will you investigate this as I find it very worrying. Thanks.
