Cell C

On the 21 August 2013 in between the hours of 18:00pm and 20:00pm, I was charged R128, some change when I was on Internet with my Black Barry phone while I had 2 Gigerbites of Data and Cell C has charged my Airtime before the Data. I was signed on Google, gmail and Zamob websites which I use to sign and charged form my Data Bundles. I called Cell C to investigate and on the 21 August 2013. They promised to respond in 24 to 48 hours which they failed to. The responded to me on the 25 August 2013 and advised me that there was no problem with the charge. I disputed the charge and they logged another call with the ref no.3082702647 which was never resolved till i call Cell C long after 24, 48 or 72 hours. Cell C send me an internet statement for the 28 August 2013 while I was complaining of the 21 August 2013. I called Cell C and spoke to Nokwando Madi who DISRESPECTED me by cutting off the line on my ear without finishing my query. I want my airtime because I use to sign to Google, Gmail, Zamob and more without being charged my airtime first if I have Data, irrespective of whether it was Fair Usage or Normal Data (that can be compared to my previous internet statements).
