Vodacom, I am lost. Had this lady, Jillian, who phoned and really trying to solve the problem. An absolute wonderful person. We made arrangements for someone to phone me at 6 on 12 August 2013 to check the settings on the dongle. I waited, no one phoned. The trust I gained with Jillian, just vanished. All her efforts was tarnished, and she really tried. On Thursday, 15 August, someone made contact, and eventually I was told to take the dongle to a Vodacom shop. I did a system restore, the modem was dedected, but with dial-up speed. If I wanted dial-up speed, I can go back 10 years and use dial-up. i have paid in advance for high speed internet, why do you not respect me?
