On the 15 July I recharged my account with R279, I tried to purchase data bundle but it did not work. I then phoned customer care and the lady said I must do a sim swop as I have an old sim card, she did confirm that I did have credit of R279 in my account. I finally went on the 08 August to do the sim swop, on the 09 August I tried to purchase data using the new sim card and it said I had insufficient funds. I phoned customer care to query this on the 09 August as I know I had R279 balance, the consultant then said that I had transferred the money to another phone which is not true as I had not touched the sim card since the 15 July. I logged a call and no response so I phoned customer care again on the16 August again I had to tell my whole story, now they say that the airtime was transferred by me to an 076 number a number which I don't even know. Vodacom please refund me my R279 that you from me. Please check on your system for my contact number as the number in question is only used for my 3gd dongle.
