I was most impressed with afrihost when i signed up... polite service, good call centre, but in the end when you experience a problem, they passes the buck to Telkom. I transfered my adsl line to afrihost and they have not sorted out my repeated downtime i have with them. 2 months after they money-back guarantee expired, my nightmare started with my internet being down every weekend and every day between 5 - 7 pm.
Just think about how my company's business would have suffered if I had taken that account over to them. Thank I did not.
For what its worth... dont apologise to me as you have done it many times and not delivered. And if you do call me, please call with a valid reason.
