On March the 7th we've logged on to Afrihost to connect our company's internet through them. The first day was smooth sailing, we were promised that everything will take only a couple of days. Since we did not receive any feedback I started to phone and every time I called, I received a different story. One month later fed up of waiting I phoned Afrihost again. First I spoke to Khulile and was told to call Telkom myself. Out of frustration I did and was told my line will be converted within 2 to 7 days.(Extremely disappointing since I thought the reason for using Afrihost is so that I do not have to deal with Telkom). I then phone afrihost back to inform them and provide them with the reference number. I then spoke to Emmanuael he then told me that my internet line was logged in to be a 20mb/s line (weird since the invoice was for a 10mb/s line), he transfered me to Eugene (Telkom Manager) he gave me a different story but promised me that the problem will be fixed within 5 days, and now I'm receiving texts saying that my problem can take up to 6 weeks to be solved. I phoned in and no one with the name of Eugene works at Afrihost as a Telkom Manager.
