I moved my DSL line to afrihost so i didnt have to deal with Telkom seems this was a mistake. My DSL line started having issues on the 2013-04-19 this is when i logged the fault with afrihost, Its now been 1 month and my line is still dead yet i am still being charged.
This is ridiculous I have even included the CEO in some of the emails and have not had one phone call from Afrihost expressing their apologies, If i dont call in they will just leave the fault and eventually forget about it, I dont understand how afrihost can still be around with this sort of service if my issues are not sorted ASAP i will have to cance and move back to Telkom where you get service but its better than no service from Afrihost.
